Waitlist — not open yetINI-CET mock tests — the exam people still call AIIMS PG
One test, twice a year, for the PG seats at AIIMS, PGIMER, JIPMER, NIMHANS and SCTIMST. Small margins decide it, which makes knowing where your confidence is misplaced unusually valuable.
- One email when it opens
- No drip sequence
- Leave any time
Next up: a short set built from the two weak areas, then the same material again in a fortnight to check it held.

Being straight with you: INI-CET tests are not built yet. Joining the waitlist gets you one email the day they open — nothing else, and you can leave at any time. Everything described on this page is how the product already works for JEE Main, which you can try free today.
Why this exam rewards diagnosis
INI-CET is decided by narrow margins among candidates who all know most of the material. At that level, the marks are not lost in the subjects you never studied. They are lost where you are confidently, consistently slightly wrong — and confidence is exactly what a score cannot measure.
The report separates the two: material you have not learned, and material you have learned incorrectly. Only the second kind is fixable in the weeks you have left.
What INI-CET actually looks like
What is stable about the exam.
Computer-based, twice a year
Held in two cycles, for admission to MD, MS, MDS, DM and MCh seats across the Institutes of National Importance.
Five institutes, one test
AIIMS, PGIMER Chandigarh, JIPMER, NIMHANS and SCTIMST all admit from the same result.
Negative marking applies
Wrong answers are penalised, so the difference between knowing and nearly knowing is what the paper is measuring.
Conducted by AIIMS New Delhi. Confirm the current prospectus at aiimsexams.ac.in — TestGuru is not affiliated with AIIMS.
What you get either way
The same engine sits behind every exam we support.
The test adapts to you
Questions are chosen against what you have already shown you can and cannot do, so your three hours go where the uncertainty actually is.
Every error gets a cause
Not "Q14 wrong". The report names the idea behind the mistake and counts how often it has cost you marks before.
Practice built from your gaps
After each test you get a short set assembled from your own errors, not a generic sequence someone wrote for everyone.
Re-tested later, unannounced
The material you got wrong comes back weeks later, so you find out whether the fix held under time pressure.
